Cinzia G. Wilson
Cinzia G. Wilson is a Craft Master for the prestigious Phi Academy of Belgrade, Serbia, one of the world’s leading permanent makeup institutions. With 20+ years of experience and every certification earned in Italy, Cinzia brings an unmatched level of European artistry to Watertown, New York.
Her journey began in 2005 as an aesthetician and massage therapist. In 2016, a deep curiosity led her to the world of permanent makeup and the extreme work of Phi Academy founder Branko Babic. What started as a passion quickly became mastery and a calling to teach others.
She moved to New York, founded Italian Cosmetic & Beauty, and assisted Gabriela Addie, one of America’s top-rated trainers, based in Dallas, Texas. Through dedication, mentorship, and an unwavering dream of excellence, Cinzia rose through every tier of the Phi Academy.
